Websites, AI automation and security for personal trainers and small studios in Michigan

A website ready for the January rush.

Every January, people decide to start, and they look for someone near them. I build, host and look after a site for personal trainers and small yoga and Pilates studios, with your classes and your schedule on it.

Start for $49/month

No set-up fee. Renews monthly; cancel with 30 days' notice.

Built, hosted and looked after for $49 a month, billed monthly. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.

I’m Kevin Ferron. Through Kevin Ferron Tech Consultancy & Digital Agency (KFTCDA), based in the Detroit metropolitan area, I build, host and look after websites, set up AI automation and set up account and device security for personal trainers and small studios in Michigan.

Questions about the site first?

Five example layouts for a trainer’s or studio’s site. The business is invented, and every layout is fully customizable: yours is designed with you on the intake call.

What the site can have for personal trainers and small studios

These are examples of what the site can have. There is one enquiry form, and the pages are agreed on the intake call.

  • A class schedule

For example, a page that lists each class, the day and the time. When the schedule changes, changing the page is a text change.

  • Pages for how you work

For example, a page each for one-to-one training and for your classes, agreed on the intake call, with who you are and who you train.

  • Online booking on Square Appointments

I set it up on your own Square account: up to 5 services, your availability, a deposit taken through your own Square account, reminders, an embed on your site and a link from Google, and one test booking, recorded.

How it works

  1. Ask and start

Send a short enquiry with the form. I reply within 24 hours. Use the link to start. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.

  2. Send what I need

You send the words and photos, and the intake call sets out exactly what I need. On the intake call we agree the pages and the enquiry form.

  3. Build, preview, live

I build it, and you see it before it goes live. From then on I host it, keep it updated and fix what breaks, and I make the small updates you ask for.

The whole process, step by step →

What is included

  • A site built for you: I build it from what you send me, and you see it before it goes live.
  • Hosting and looking after it: Hosting, backups, security updates and fixes when something breaks are part of the monthly price.
  • Small updates: Changes to text, photos, hours and prices after launch are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
  • Fast, and built for local search: Pages that load quickly on a phone, set up for local search, with an enquiry form that sends each request straight to you.
  • Online booking on Square Appointments: I set it up on your own Square account: up to 5 services, your availability, a deposit taken through your own Square account, reminders, an embed on your site and a link from Google, and one test booking, recorded.
  • Google Analytics events: Every site on the plan sends Google Analytics events for taps to call and email, the enquiry form, clicks to book where the site has Square booking, directions and pages, to a property that you own, at no extra cost. See the events→
  • A privacy page: A short privacy page on your site that says, in plain words, that the site uses Google Analytics.
  • Me, directly: No account manager and no junior bench. You write to me and I answer.

AI help with trials, waitlists and lapsed members

The site brings the enquiry in. A few assistants can then do the office work behind it, each with one job and only the tools it needs, and a person approves anything that goes out.

Likely first jobs: Trial to member follow-up; Waitlist and class changes; Members who stopped coming.

An agent graph for trainers and studios3 triggers, Trial or sign-up, Class cancelled or full and Monday 6:00, feed a coordinator that plans and routes. It delegates to 4 agents: Intake helper (welcome and forms) with Appointment calendar (read) and Email (draft), Class notifier (class changes, waitlist) with Class scheduling (read) and SMS/email (draft), Lapse spotter (members who stopped) with Membership records (read) and Email (draft) and Content drafter (weekly class post) with Class scheduling (read) and Social (draft). A reviewer checks each draft: Checks each draft against the timetable, the membership terms, the consent list and the approved claims. No health promises. A failed check goes back to the agent that made it. Then a person approves (Any client message, Anything about health and Membership changes), and only then is the output produced: Welcome emails and Waitlist offers.Trial or sign-upClass cancelled or fullMonday 6:00planCoordinatorplans and routesdelegateIntake helperwelcome and formsAppointment calendar (read)Email (draft)Class notifierclass changes, waitlistClass scheduling (read)SMS/email (draft)Lapse spottermembers who stoppedMembership records (read)Email (draft)Content drafterweekly class postClass scheduling (read)Social (draft)checkReviewerTimetable, terms, consentretryA person approvesAny client messageAnything about healthMembership changesapproveWelcome emailsWaitlist offers

What the rules say, for personal trainers and small studios

What rules apply to memberships that renew online?

The FTC’s click-to-cancel rule was vacated by the Eighth Circuit on July 8, 2025, but the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act still requires clear terms, express consent and a simple way to stop an online recurring charge. This is not legal advice.

Questions from trainers and studio owners

Yes. Tell me what to lead with and when, and it goes to the top of the home page. It is a text change. Small updates after launch (text, photos, hours, prices) are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.

Send me the new days and times and I change the page. The schedule is words in a list, so it is a text change.

Yes. Send the certifications and training you hold and the years you have taught, and they go on the page about you.

A welcome, the intake form and a follow-up after the class are drafted for you. A person approves anything that touches health.

A weekly list, with a draft note in your voice for each person, for you to send.

It is built for local search and I check that your pages are indexed before I call it done. Nobody can promise a ranking, and I will not.

No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start. It renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
