Websites, AI automation and security for independent cafés, bakeries and restaurants in Michigan
The menu and the hours, right on your own site.
Before anyone walks in, they check the menu and the hours on their phone. I build, host and look after a site for independent cafés, bakeries and sit-down restaurants, with a menu that reads well and hours that are right.

Built, hosted and looked after for $49 a month, billed monthly. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.
I’m Kevin Ferron. Through Kevin Ferron Tech Consultancy & Digital Agency (KFTCDA), based in the Detroit metropolitan area, I build, host and look after websites, set up AI automation and set up account and device security for independent cafés, bakeries and restaurants in Michigan.
Five example layouts for a café’s site. The business is invented, and every layout is fully customizable: yours is designed with you on the intake call.
One menu change, everywhere it shows
A sample, drawn with invented data. Your website carries the menu and the hours. Keeping every other copy of them in step is the work of Elite AI Enablement: each place gets a draft, and nothing is published until a person says yes.
A drawn phone showing an invented café’s menu in three parts, breakfast, lunch and drinks, with its opening hours. Beside it, one change, a new soup and early closing on a holiday, is drafted for the site, the listing, the delivery apps and the door sign, and waits for a person to say yes.

Allergen and dietary lines are written by a person and approved by a person. The sample makes no claim about any dish.
SampleInvented data throughout: not a real café, menu or set of hours.
A site built for you: I build it from what you send me, and you see it before it goes live.
Hosting and looking after it: Hosting, backups, security updates and fixes when something breaks are part of the monthly price.
Small updates: Changes to text, photos, hours and prices after launch are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Fast, and built for local search: Pages that load quickly on a phone, set up for local search, with an enquiry form that sends each request straight to you.
Online booking on Square Appointments: I set it up on your own Square account: up to 5 services, your availability, a deposit taken through your own Square account, reminders, an embed on your site and a link from Google, and one test booking, recorded.
Google Analytics events: Every site on the plan sends Google Analytics events for taps to call and email, the enquiry form, clicks to book where the site has Square booking, directions and pages, to a property that you own, at no extra cost. See the events→
A privacy page: A short privacy page on your site that says, in plain words, that the site uses Google Analytics.
Me, directly: No account manager and no junior bench. You write to me and I answer.
One menu everywhere: AI help, approved by you
The site brings the enquiry in. A few assistants can then do the office work behind it, each with one job and only the tools it needs, and a person approves anything that goes out.
Likely first jobs: One menu, everywhere; Same-day catering replies; Hours in one go.
Reviewer
Checks that the menu, prices and hours match your files, and that any allergen or dietary line quotes the allergen file.
Never without a person
No assistant publishes or changes an allergen or dietary claim, guesses an ingredient, or publishes a menu or price change. A person answers anything about illness or an allergic reaction.
What the rules say, for independent cafés, bakeries and restaurants
Which allergens does a restaurant menu need to think about?
The FDA lists nine major food allergens, with sesame added from January 1, 2023, and a Michigan food establishment needs a license. This page makes no allergen or food-safety claim about any menu, and a person approves every menu and allergen line. This is not legal advice.
Yes. Michigan food businesses need a food establishment license (MCL 289.4101), and your site can show it. This is not legal advice, so check the current rules with the state.
Send me the new menu and I change the page. A menu is words and prices in a list, so it is a text change. Small updates after launch (text, photos, hours, prices) are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Yes. Send the dates and the hours and they go in a note at the top of the home page, then come off when the holiday is over.
An assistant drafts one change for the site, your listings and the delivery apps, and nothing is posted until you approve it. This page makes no allergen or food-safety claim, and a person approves every menu and allergen line.
It drafts the reply the same day from your catering note and calendar, and you approve and send it.
It is built for local search and I check that your pages are indexed before I call it done. Nobody can promise a ranking, and I will not.
No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start. It renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Email at your domain is not included. You keep it or buy it from an email provider, and I set up the records so it works alongside the site.
Ready for a site that is right before they walk in?
