Terms and refunds

The plain version of what you are buying and when you get your money back. Each product has a fixed price, a checklist, a delivery time and a guarantee. The price you pay is the price on its page.

Refunds

  • A full refund any time before work starts. Ask and you have it.
  • If the access or materials I need are not supplied within 14 days of purchase, the order closes with a full refund. This applies to every product.
  • After delivery, the product's own guarantee is the refund rule. It is listed below under each product.

The Software Checkup

The Software Checkup, $499

Delivery. A written report 5 business days after I have access, then a 45-minute walkthrough call.

What you get

  • An inventory of every recurring software charge, from 12 months of statements
  • Spend and renewal dates
  • Seats used against seats paid
  • The overlaps
  • A decision per tool: Keep, Cut, Downgrade, Consolidate or Build, each with the rule behind it
  • Quick cuts, with steps and dollar figures
  • Build options at fixed prices, with the payback month
  • A 12-month renewal calendar

Guarantee. If I don't find at least $1,000 a year you can save without building anything, you get the fee back in full. That includes finding that your setup is already right.

Applies at about $750 a month or more in software spend. If the access or materials I need are not supplied within 14 days of purchase, the order closes with a full refund.

Paid in full when you book. If the guarantee applies, the fee is refunded in full and nothing more is owed.

The fee is credited in full against a Build or Transform signed within 30 days. It is not credited against a Fix.

The $49 a month website

The $49 a month website, $49/month

Delivery. Live on your domain, with your pages indexed and a test enquiry reaching your inbox.

What you get

  • I build, host and look after small business websites for $49 a month, with a 12-month commitment. No up-front fee.
  • Hosting, backups, security updates and fixes when something breaks are part of the monthly price.

Guarantee. Month 1 is refunded if you cancel before launch.

Built, hosted and looked after for $49 a month, 12-month commitment. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.

After launch, cancelling early means paying the balance of the 12 months or taking the site down.

The entry products

Each is one fixed-price job with one revision round. Anything beyond that is quoted as a Fix. The price counts in full toward a Checkup or Fix bought within 30 days.

Google Business Profile tune-up, $199

Delivery. 3 business days after you add me as a Manager

What you get

  • Claim and verify the profile
  • Categories, services, hours, service area and description set
  • 10 photos added
  • A website or booking link
  • 2 posts
  • A review-request link and a printable QR card
  • A before and after summary

Guarantee. On time, or a full refund.

Delays on Google's side with verification are excluded.

One revision round is included. Anything else is quoted as a Fix.

Website speed and search fix, $299

Delivery. 5 business days

  • One site, on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify or Webflow
  • Mobile PageSpeed score before and after
  • Image compression on key pages
  • Titles and meta descriptions on up to 10 pages
  • LocalBusiness schema
  • Sitemap submitted to Search Console
  • Broken links fixed
  • A one-page report

Guarantee. A measurable PageSpeed improvement, or a full refund.

One revision round is included. Anything else is quoted as a Fix.

Online booking and deposits setup, $399

Delivery. 5 business days

What you get

  • Set up in your own booking tool (for example Cal.com or Square Appointments)
  • Up to 5 services
  • Your availability
  • A deposit taken through your own Stripe or Square account
  • Reminders
  • An embed on your site and a link from Google
  • One test booking, recorded

Guarantee. A working test booking, or a full refund.

Plus 14 days of fixes after delivery.

What you get

  • One automation, in your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Website form enquiry to a sheet row
  • An instant alert
  • An AI-drafted reply saved as a draft, never sent automatically
  • Documented
  • A 10-enquiry test

Guarantee. It passes the 10-enquiry test, or a full refund.

Customer data goes to an AI service only with your written OK.
