AI automation, websites and security for heating and cooling businesses in Michigan
The first cold morning, with the replies drafted.
When the heat goes out, the phone floods. I set up assistants that read each text and form for a no-heat emergency or a tune-up, with your safety script first, and draft the replies for your yes. A person replies. The website is its own plan, with an enquiry form that tells the two apart.
No set-up fee. Renews monthly; cancel with 30 days' notice.
Built, hosted and looked after for $49 a month, billed monthly. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.

Five example layouts for an HVAC site. The business is invented, and every layout is fully customizable: yours is designed with you on the intake call.
AI help with the office work for heating and cooling businesses
When the no-heat messages start, an assistant reads every text and form and sorts them into emergencies and routine work, with your safety script first. Another drafts the tune-up and plan reminders in your words. A person replies, and you say yes before anything goes out.
Likely first jobs: No-heat morning triage; Tune-up and plan renewals; Replacement quotes with options.
Reviewer
Checks each draft against the price book, the maintenance plan terms, the safety script (gas or CO goes to 911 and the utility first) and your voice. No draft promises a rebate or a tax credit.
Never without a person
No estimate, text or email goes to a customer, and no price, date, warranty or safety advice is promised, without a person's yes. A gas smell or a CO alarm always means leaving and calling 911 and the utility, never waiting for a callback.
What the site can have for heating and cooling businesses
These are examples of what the site can have. There is one enquiry form, and the pages are agreed on the intake call.
One form for emergency and routine
The enquiry form can ask whether it is a no-heat or no-cool emergency or a tune-up, so you can tell which to answer first. Tune-ups come in the fall and AC calls in the spring.
Pages agreed on the intake call
For example, a page for tune-ups, and one for emergencies with your phone number up front.
Brands you service
The makes you work on, listed on the site, so people know before they call.
How it works
1
Ask and start
Send a short enquiry with the form. I reply within 24 hours. Use the link to start. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.
2
Send what I need
You send the words and photos, and the intake call sets out exactly what I need. On the intake call we agree the pages and the enquiry form.
3
Build, preview, live
I build it, and you see it before it goes live. From then on I host it, keep it updated and fix what breaks, and I make the small updates you ask for.
A site built for you: I build it from what you send me, and you see it before it goes live.
Hosting and looking after it: Hosting, backups, security updates and fixes when something breaks are part of the monthly price.
Small updates: Changes to text, photos, hours and prices after launch are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Fast, and built for local search: Pages that load quickly on a phone, set up for local search, with an enquiry form that sends each request straight to you.
Online booking on Square Appointments: I set it up on your own Square account: up to 5 services, your availability, a deposit taken through your own Square account, reminders, an embed on your site and a link from Google, and one test booking, recorded.
Google Analytics events: Every site on the plan sends Google Analytics events for taps to call and email, the enquiry form, clicks to book where the site has Square booking, directions and pages, to a property that you own, at no extra cost. See the events→
A privacy page: A short privacy page on your site that says, in plain words, that the site uses Google Analytics.
Me, directly: No account manager and no junior bench. You write to me and I answer.
Technician phones and logins
Your phones and logins
Technicians' phones carry the job app, customer addresses and payment links. Sign-in setup with passkeys, device management and offboarding (removing a tech's access when they leave) cover them.
The software-spend review is one module of Elite AI Enablement. For every recurring software charge you pay, I look at who uses it and what it duplicates, and decide whether to keep it, cut it, downgrade it or consolidate it. It is where the setup stops paying for tools an assistant now makes redundant.
What the rules say, for heating and cooling businesses
Which Michigan license does HVAC work need?
HVAC work in Michigan needs a mechanical contractor license in the right classification, issued by LARA. Technicians who handle refrigerant also need EPA Section 608 certification. Customers can look a license up on LARA’s public lookup, so the number on your site should match it exactly. This is not legal advice, so check the current rules with the state.
Yes. Tell me when, and changing what it leads with is a text and photo change. Small updates after launch (text, photos, hours, prices) are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Yes. Send me the list and it goes on the site.
Yes. Your hours, and the number to call after them, go on the contact page and in the footer.
No. Calls, texts and forms are read and sorted, your safety script comes first (a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm means leaving and calling 911 and the utility), and a person offers the slot. The assistants can draft; they cannot send.
It drafts them in your words at the time of year you set, and you approve them before they go. Consent stays on record.
No. Options come only from your current equipment list and price book. No rebate or tax credit is named unless a person checked it that season.
It is built for local search and I check that your pages are indexed before I call it done. Nobody can promise a ranking, and I will not.
No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start. It renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
You do, either way. The domain is bought and paid for separately from the monthly price. It stays in your name, and you keep it if you leave.
