AI automation, websites and security for small movers and junk haulers in Michigan
Each request becomes an estimate draft.
Leases turn over in summer, and families clear out a house all year. I set up assistants that draft an estimate from the rooms or items in the request, on your tariff, and the crew sheet the afternoon before. A person approves every estimate.
No set-up fee. Renews monthly; cancel with 30 days' notice.
Built, hosted and looked after for $49 a month, billed monthly. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.

Five example layouts for a moving and hauling site. The business is invented, and every layout is fully customizable: yours is designed with you on the intake call.
AI help with estimates and crew planning for movers and haulers
The site brings the enquiry in. A few assistants can then do the office work behind it, each with one job and only the tools it needs, and a person approves anything that goes out.
Likely first jobs: Estimates from the request; Day-before job sheet; Junk disposal list.
Reviewer
Checks each draft against the tariff rates and the estimate type.
Never without a person
No assistant sends or changes an estimate, calls one binding, quotes outside the tariff, answers a damage claim, or says an item can go in the trash when the disposal rules flag it.
A site built for you: I build it from what you send me, and you see it before it goes live.
Hosting and looking after it: Hosting, backups, security updates and fixes when something breaks are part of the monthly price.
Small updates: Changes to text, photos, hours and prices after launch are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Fast, and built for local search: Pages that load quickly on a phone, set up for local search, with an enquiry form that sends each request straight to you.
Online booking on Square Appointments: I set it up on your own Square account: up to 5 services, your availability, a deposit taken through your own Square account, reminders, an embed on your site and a link from Google, and one test booking, recorded.
Google Analytics events: Every site on the plan sends Google Analytics events for taps to call and email, the enquiry form, clicks to book where the site has Square booking, directions and pages, to a property that you own, at no extra cost. See the events→
A privacy page: A short privacy page on your site that says, in plain words, that the site uses Google Analytics.
Me, directly: No account manager and no junior bench. You write to me and I answer.

What the rules say, for small movers and junk haulers
Who licenses household goods movers in Michigan?
A mover needs a certificate of authority for in-state household goods moves. It is administered by the Michigan State Police’s Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division, not MDOT, and carriers renew each year. A USDOT number alone is not proof of authority. Interstate moves fall under FMCSA. This is not legal advice.
Yes. Michigan requires a certificate of authority for household goods moves within the state (MCL 477.1), and your site can show your authority number. This is not legal advice, so check the current rules with the state.
Yes. The form can ask about stairs, elevators and where the truck can park, along with the rooms or the items. The questions are agreed on the intake call.
Yes. Each can have a page, with the one in season first. Changing the order is a text change. Small updates after launch (text, photos, hours, prices) are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
It drafts an estimate from the rooms or items listed and your price book, and flags what is still missing. A person approves every estimate, and none is called binding.
If you have one, it can sit on every page. The site shows what you give me and nothing else.
No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start. It renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
It is built for local search and I check that your pages are indexed before I call it done. Nobody can promise a ranking, and I will not.
You do, either way. The domain is bought and paid for separately from the monthly price. It stays in your name, and you keep it if you leave.
