Websites, AI automation and security for house cleaning businesses in Michigan
A website that earns the key to the front door.
People are choosing who comes into their home. I build, host and look after a site for solo and small-crew house cleaners, with a page about who you are and an enquiry form that asks the size of the home and how often.
No set-up fee. Renews monthly; cancel with 30 days' notice.
Built, hosted and looked after for $49 a month, billed monthly. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.
I’m Kevin Ferron. Through Kevin Ferron Tech Consultancy & Digital Agency (KFTCDA), based in the Detroit metropolitan area, I build, host and look after websites, set up AI automation and set up account and device security for house cleaning businesses in Michigan.
Five example layouts for a house cleaning site. The business is invented, and every layout is fully customizable: yours is designed with you on the intake call.
What the site can have for house cleaners
These are examples of what the site can have. There is one enquiry form, and the pages are agreed on the intake call.
A page about who comes in
For example, your name, how long you have worked here and how you work, in your own words, so a stranger knows who is at the door.
A move-out page
For example, a page of its own for move-out cleans, for the tenant or the seller with a date to meet.
An enquiry by size and how often
The enquiry form can ask for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and how often you would come, and sends each request to you to quote.
How it works
1
Ask and start
Send a short enquiry with the form. I reply within 24 hours. Use the link to start. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.
2
Send what I need
You send the words and photos, and the intake call sets out exactly what I need. On the intake call we agree the pages and the enquiry form.
3
Build, preview, live
I build it, and you see it before it goes live. From then on I host it, keep it updated and fix what breaks, and I make the small updates you ask for.
A site built for you: I build it from what you send me, and you see it before it goes live.
Hosting and looking after it: Hosting, backups, security updates and fixes when something breaks are part of the monthly price.
Small updates: Changes to text, photos, hours and prices after launch are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Fast, and built for local search: Pages that load quickly on a phone, set up for local search, with an enquiry form that sends each request straight to you.
Online booking on Square Appointments: I set it up on your own Square account: up to 5 services, your availability, a deposit taken through your own Square account, reminders, an embed on your site and a link from Google, and one test booking, recorded.
Google Analytics events: Every site on the plan sends Google Analytics events for taps to call and email, the enquiry form, clicks to book where the site has Square booking, directions and pages, to a property that you own, at no extra cost. See the events→
A privacy page: A short privacy page on your site that says, in plain words, that the site uses Google Analytics.
Me, directly: No account manager and no junior bench. You write to me and I answer.
Keys, codes and your phone
Your phones and logins
Keys, door and alarm codes live on one phone. Sign-in setup and a lost-phone plan cover them, and no assistant ever sends or stores a code.
Can a cleaning business post reviews it wrote itself?
No. The FTC’s rule bans fake reviews, including AI-generated ones from reviewers who do not exist, and buying reviews. It has been in force since October 21, 2024. Ask real customers for reviews instead. This is not legal advice.
No. It collects the size of the home and how often, and sends the request to you. You set your prices and quote each home.
The pages are agreed on the intake call. For a cleaner, a page about you, one for regular cleaning and one for move-out cleans are common examples.
Yes. A page about you and any crew, in your own words, with the photos you send.
In a password manager or the cleaning app's protected field, never in a text or a note, with a lost-phone plan for the phone you carry. No assistant ever sends or stores a code.
The form already asks for the size of the home and how often. A draft quote from your price book waits for your yes.
No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start. It renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
You do, either way. The domain is bought and paid for separately from the monthly price. It stays in your name, and you keep it if you leave.
No. It renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
