For small businesses
I build your site, host it and look after it, and you deal with me directly. This page sets out how it works: what you get, what you do not, the steps to go live, how your domain works and what the commitment means.
Built, hosted and looked after for $49 a month, 12-month commitment. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.
A site built for you
I build it from what you send me, and you see it before it goes live.
Hosting and looking after it
Hosting, backups, security updates and fixes when something breaks are part of the monthly price.
Small updates
Changes to text, photos, hours and prices after launch are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Fast, and built for local search
Pages that load quickly on a phone, set up for local search, with an enquiry form that sends each request straight to you.
Me, directly
No account manager and no junior bench. You write to me and I answer.
Live on your domain, with your pages indexed and a test enquiry reaching your inbox.
The domain
The domain is bought and paid for separately from the monthly price. It stays in your name, and you keep it if you leave.
Email at your domain
Email at your domain is not included. You keep it or buy it from an email provider, and I set up the records so it works alongside the site.
Bigger features
Online booking, for example, is a fixed-price job of its own: booking setup is $399, delivered in 5 business days. Other pages or features are quoted before I start.
The pages are agreed on the intake call.
Send a short enquiry with the form. I reply within 24 hours.
Once we agree, I send you the link to start. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.
You supply the words and photos. This is the list:
On the intake call we agree the pages and the enquiry form.
I build it, and you see it before it goes live.
Live on your domain, with your pages indexed and a test enquiry reaching your inbox. If the access or materials I need are not supplied within 14 days of purchase, the order closes with a full refund.
From then on I host it, keep it updated and fix what breaks, and I make the small updates you ask for.
Your domain is your web address. Either way it is bought and paid for separately from the monthly price, and you keep it if you leave.
