AI automation, websites and data security for independent insurance agents in Michigan
Quote requests drafted as a file for the licensed agent.
I set up assistants that turn each quote request into a file for the licensed agent, and prepare renewals before they are due. Only a licensed person talks coverage. Sign-in setup on your agency system and the carrier portals comes first.
No set-up fee. Renews monthly; cancel with 30 days' notice.
Built, hosted and looked after for $49 a month, billed monthly. No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start.

Five example layouts for an insurance agent’s site. The business is invented, and every layout is fully customizable: yours is designed with you on the intake call.
AI on the paperwork, never on the advice, for independent agents
The site brings the enquiry in. A few assistants can then do the office work behind it, each with one job and only the tools it needs, and a person approves anything that goes out.
Likely first jobs: Quote intake; Renewal prep; Certificates and service notes.

Checks that no draft makes a coverage claim, that quotes are marked as carrier quotes, and that the licensed agent is named.
Never without a person
No assistant tells a client that something is covered, bound, changed or cancelled, picks a coverage or a limit, issues a certificate, or handles a premium. The licensed agent does.
Agencies hold driver's licence and Social Security numbers and claims history, and carrier portals are a common way in. Sign-in setup and device management cover them.
A site built for you: I build it from what you send me, and you see it before it goes live.
Hosting and looking after it: Hosting, backups, security updates and fixes when something breaks are part of the monthly price.
Small updates: Changes to text, photos, hours and prices after launch are included. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Fast, and built for local search: Pages that load quickly on a phone, set up for local search, with an enquiry form that sends each request straight to you.
Online booking on Square Appointments: I set it up on your own Square account: up to 5 services, your availability, a deposit taken through your own Square account, reminders, an embed on your site and a link from Google, and one test booking, recorded.
Google Analytics events: Every site on the plan sends Google Analytics events for taps to call and email, the enquiry form, clicks to book where the site has Square booking, directions and pages, to a property that you own, at no extra cost. See the events→
A privacy page: A short privacy page on your site that says, in plain words, that the site uses Google Analytics.
Me, directly: No account manager and no junior bench. You write to me and I answer.
A fixed-price job, if the tools don’t do it
Quote intake straight into your agency system, or a certificate-request page.
A free scoping call picks the size of the job, and a fixed price comes in writing before anything starts.
What the rules say, for independent insurance agents
Does a small Michigan insurance agency need a written information security program?
Michigan’s Insurance Data Security Act asks licensees for one, but exempts a licensee with fewer than 25 employees, counting contractors. The exemption does not cover the duty to tell DIFS about a cybersecurity event. This is not legal advice, so check your case with DIFS or your adviser.
Yes. Michigan requires insurance agents to be licensed for each line they sell (MCL 500.1201a), and your site can show your license details. This is not legal advice, so check the current rules with the state.
Yes. For Michigan auto policies issued or renewed after July 1, 2020, the person buying the policy chooses a personal injury protection (PIP) medical coverage level (MCL 500.3107c). A page that explains it in your words is a page of text. It is a note on your site, not insurance advice.
No. I build this one for agents who write home, auto and business coverage. The pages are agreed on the intake call.
No. Only licensed staff talk coverage. The assistants draft the quote file, the renewal summary and certificate requests for a person to check, and nothing is said to be covered, bound or cancelled by them.
Michigan's Insurance Data Security Act asks licensees for a written information security program, with an exemption for very small agencies, and the duty to tell DIFS about a cybersecurity event still applies (MCL 500.550 to 500.565). Check your case with DIFS or your adviser. This is not legal advice.
It is built for local search and I check that your pages are indexed before I call it done. Nobody can promise a ranking, and I will not.
No set-up fee. Month 1 is charged when you start. It renews automatically each month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
